Meet the Team
-
EMILIA GEORGIOU
FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR
Emilia co-founded SOTO in 2012 when the dream began with an aim to provide accessible, high quality sessions to schools, local authorities and the local communities in London for children, young people and vulnerable young people and adults. As a dance special herself, she brings bundles of energy, enthusiasm and knowledge to all of SOTO’s services. Emilia is passionate about creating accessible opportunities for all.
-
JACQUE EDOUARD
DIRECTOR
Jacque is a UEFA A Licensed Coach, SOTO programme mastermind, unicorn enthusiast, and Chairman of the 3sL. When he’s not running brilliant programmes or championing young people’s development, he’s probably dreaming about magical creatures or plotting his next big idea. He brings energy, vision, and a love of all things extraordinary to everything he touches. And yes… we mean it when we say he is a unicorn enthusiast!
-
Scott Jordan
PROGRAMMES LEAD
Scott is SOTO’s Performing Arts Lead, running our Saturday classes and bringing his love of performing arts, sports, and productions to every session. He’s known for his two left feet and embarrassing dance moves — much to the delight of the children. Having attended SOTO as a child himself, he’s passionate about giving young people the same exciting experiences he loved. Scott is also a part of the SOTO Leadership team.
-
STACEY PARKER
PROGRAMMES LEAD
Stacey is a Programmes Lead and the Designated Deputy Safeguarding Lead (DDSL) at SOTO, leading our wraparound care and planning fun, engaging activities for children of all ages. A pivotal part of the team, Stacey ensures a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment for everyone, bringing energy, creativity, and care to all she does — though she’s best kept away from spiders. Stacey is a key part of the SOTO Leadership Team.
-
SHAHNAZ ROBINSON
DIRECTOR OF CIC & CAMPS MANAGER
Shahnaz is an experienced teacher who has been with SOTO from the very beginning, playing a vital role in shaping the organisation’s journey. Shahnaz brings dedication, knowledge, and a nurturing approach to every session, making a lasting impact on the children and communities she works with.
-
MEGAN DALE
WAC SUPPORT & PERFORMING ARTS SPECIALIST
Megan joined the team in 2025, bringing boundless enthusiasm and a host of exciting, creative activities to WAC. As a performing arts specialist, she has a real passion for inspiring children through drama, movement, and expression. Megan’s creativity and energy have made her a role model for many of our children, who look up to her for her imagination and ability to make every session engaging and fun.
-
ZYRA REID
WAC SUPPORT & SPORTS SPECIALIST
Zyra brings energy, humour, and constant energy to WAC. As a sports specialist, she has a talent for turning any space into a game and every session into something the children look forward to. She connects effortlessly with all children, making sure everyone feels included, involved and encouraged. Zyra can be found rearranging the loom band box… at least once a week, despite the students best efforts of messing it up!
-
ROSELLA FERRENTINO
DANCE TUTOR & WAC SUPPORT
Rosella is a long-standing member of the team and a key creative force within our enrichment clubs, particularly Street Dance. As a dance specialist, she teaches dance for SOTO, bringing professional experience, imagination, and artistic flair into every session. Her creative input helps shape engaging activities that inspire confidence, expression, and joy in the children she works with. Rosella also brings her creativeness to SOTO Camps!
-
KRISHAN WHADIA
MARTIAL ARTS COACH
Krishan is a high-energy martial arts coach delivering action-packed sessions in primary and secondary schools, blending Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, practical self-defence, and confidence-building skills into every class. Think less “karate movie slow-mo” and more real-life superpowers – balance, discipline, resilience, and the ability to stay calm when things get tricky.
-
GHEBRE JULES
WAC SUPPORT
Ghebre leads our wraparound care sessions with life, laughter, and brilliantly engaging games that keep children active and smiling. From fast-paced team challenges to creative group activities, he creates a safe, inclusive space where every child feels confident and involved. Expect big energy, big encouragement, and even bigger smiles!
