Mission Statement

At SOTO Inspires CIC, we believe opportunity should never be limited by circumstance.

Founded in 2017, we exist to remove financial and social barriers that prevent children and young people from accessing high-quality enrichment, sport and creative experiences. We are committed to creating positive exposure — introducing children to environments, opportunities and aspirations they may not otherwise encounter.

Our work is rooted in inclusion, dignity and belief in potential.

We focus not only on participation, but on meaningful engagement and long-term retention — ensuring children feel a sense of belonging, continuity and progression.

We design accessible pathways that are open to all, particularly those who are marginalised or underrepresented. From first experience to leadership development, our programmes create structured journeys that nurture confidence, resilience and aspiration.

Through funded provision, strong partnerships and values-led leadership, we create safe, brave spaces where children are seen, supported and empowered to thrive.
